It can be a little overwhelming to become a mum; all of a sudden you have a new baby who requires all of your attention and depends on you for everything. It is important to share your feelings with someone you can trust. Allow someone to look after your baby in another room while you have a relaxing bath, or sit and read in quiet. You still need some “me” time as well.
