Tip – Vegetable Water as Stock

The water that you use in the saucepan when you are steaming vegetables can be used as stock. Pour the leftover stock in a container and add it to other foods to add flavour. This stock will last in your fridge for up to three days.

  • Pumpkin, potato, zucchini and squash
  • Pumpkin and beans
  • Carrot , squash and broccoli
  • Strawberry and banana

Tip – Post Pregnancy Belt

If you need a hand to help get rid of the bulge after baby, a post pregnancy belt might be for you. You could try making one yourself to save money by using a wide piece of elastic, attach some Velcro to it and stretch it around your stomach.
